Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using InterVuee, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are using the Platform for lawful purposes only
• The information you provide during registration is accurate

InterVuee is an AI-powered mock interview practice platform. It provides:

• AI-generated interview questions via text and voice
• Real-time speech recognition for your answers
• AI evaluation of your responses across six metrics: Coachability Signal, Flight Risk Score, Communication, Clarity, Depth, and Confidence
• Interview session history and improvement feedback

InterVuee is a practice tool only. We do not connect you with employers. We do not guarantee job placement, interview success, or any specific outcome from using the Platform.

• You may sign up via Google OAuth or email/password
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Free Tier

• Limited to 3 interview sessions per month
• Basic feedback and scores included
• No credit card required

Pro Subscription

• Unlimited interview sessions
• Full session history and detailed reports
• Billed via Razorpay (Indian payment gateway)
• Pricing displayed on the Platform at time of purchase

Payments

• All payments are processed securely by Razorpay
• SM Ventures does not store your card or bank details
• Subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by applicable Indian consumer law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

InterVuee uses:

• Anthropic Claude API for generating interview questions and evaluating responses
• ElevenLabs API for voice synthesis
• Web Speech API for capturing your spoken answers

AI outputs are automated and may not always be accurate, relevant, or appropriate. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any AI-generated content. You should not rely solely on InterVuee scores or feedback for any high-stakes decision.

• Your interview answers (text transcripts and scores) are stored in our database to provide you session history and results
• Your email is collected for account management and, if you opted in, marketing communication
• You retain ownership of your original content
• By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your interview data for the purpose of providing the service
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties

You must not:

• Use InterVuee to generate harmful, abusive, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Platform or its AI systems
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Circumvent any rate limits, paywalls, or access controls
• Upload or transmit malicious code

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All content on InterVuee — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, UI design, code, AI system prompts, and evaluation frameworks — is owned by SM Ventures and protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

InterVuee is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated scores or feedback will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• The Platform will be free from bugs, viruses, or security vulnerabilities

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SM Ventures and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of income or revenue
• Failure to achieve any career or professional outcome

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

InterVuee integrates with third-party services including:

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — anthropic.com
• ElevenLabs (Voice synthesis) — elevenlabs.io
• Razorpay (Payments) — razorpay.com
• Supabase (Database & Auth) — supabase.com
• PostHog (Analytics) — posthog.com
• Sentry (Error monitoring) — sentry.io

Your use of the Platform is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for their services, data practices, or content.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Create risk or legal exposure for SM Ventures

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be removed subject to our data retention obligations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes, we will notify you via email (if we have your email on file).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
